When you are charged
A$29 is charged when you join. The membership then renews monthly at A$29 on your renewal date until cancelled. If a payment fails, access may be paused while it is resolved.
Live beta operating hours are Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, Sydney time.
Your first two live hours
The voluntary money-back guarantee begins when Deal Shark activates your Telegram channel access during live operating hours. Email support@dealshark.com.au within those first two live hours for a full refund and immediate removal from the channel.
This guarantee does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Cancel a future renewal
Cancel anytime in Stripe’s customer portal. A normal cancellation stops the next charge and your access continues until the end of the paid month.

Outside the two-hour guarantee, refunds are assessed according to these terms and Australian Consumer Law. If Deal Shark cannot provide the paid service because of a technical failure, contact support so an appropriate extension, refund or other remedy can be considered.
